Took another quick look at the log and it does say I should pay $25 despite the double rule (makes sense, I'm a Cat) but then immediately afterwards it shows my total debt and that it has made me pay double anyway.

Enjoying this module. Pretty fun! Though I noticed when playing as Cat that I still had to pay double on the railroad I advanced to using a Chance card, but in the section about player pieces in the manual it states that "these conditions override any other rules in the manual", so I feel I should only have paid 75 after landing on 3 railroads (log revealed I had 100 in debt, which I feel is incorrect)
