you can get css on cscheater.com , it doesnt install the game, but it gives you all the textures and stuff you need. there are tutorials on it, so i suggest anyone with this issue looks it up.

Well the models can be used for scene building which is useful. I also think you can install the dedicated server for CS:S and take the materials and models folders and put them into gmod. That is a free way to do it. Also cs:go might have most of the models with the same names I actually don't remember how much stuff in here is CS:S. I made this map over a decade ago. But there are some options for you.

For some reason the Christmas tree in the centre of the town is missing. The lights are there, but the actual tree texture is just gone. Every other texture is in fine. Any idea as to why it's missing?

The lights are massivly birght and look ugly like it reflects like a glow

Keypad code is 4289. It was hidden in the release thread on facepunch but since that image no longer exists and i never put a reference to the code in the map because I was a retard. I guess it's okay to share it. Especially since this version of the map is 7 years old.
