Yes I am. Maybe it was because I had disabled the props to keep loading time lower?

@oshawotta737 - That's very strange, since Vehicle Effects was updated to not count the props - are you using the latest version of Vehicle Effects?

I got it to work and i think i know what happened. When you added props to each train they ended up ssomehow taking priority over the actual train and causing the sounds not to load. by deleting all the prop files I got it to work.

@bsquiklehausen yes I have, and except for the rest of the modern Amtrak trains and the retro(not rainbow) trains the sound effects work fine

@oshawotta737 - I really don't know! Have you enabled the Vehicle Effects mod in the content manager, and do other assets with custom effects work?

@bsquicklehausen I've looked into the file and the sounds do exist but for whatever reason still do not work at all in game and are replaced with the default sounds. What might cause this?

I haven't been able to get the vehicle effects to work for this train. what steps should i take to troubleshoot?

I love the look of this train. I subscribed because it made it to BonBon weekly list. But it's too long for the new Ground Bypass Train Station. it blocks the bypass lane in the middle when it is picking up passengers. it is literally one car too long.

@Adventures - are you using any other mods that affect train makeup? I have not had that issue before.

when it gets to a end station the loco does switch to the other direction but it wont be reversed so the front is toward the cars and when I turn on loco on both side using advanced transport options (or whatever the mod is called) at first it fixes it and put the loco on both sides, then once it reverses the locos are gone and all that is left is moving powerless coaches.

You should add metrolink with a leading MP3, or a F59PH with some rotem hyundai cabcars and coaches.

@Adventures - I'm not sure about the nodes, and NAR doesn't currently have quad station tracks, but it should work if you're OK with some minor visual inconsistencies or bugs.

but on another note does the NAR work with the new train station pack? just wondering since bad peanut made it and it says in NAR you worked with him on NAR, thanks again for that and the Genesis
