Are you talking about the one that prevents you jumping over the balcony by the catwalk, if so that is by design, on the larger version with all the floors open that is open as well

Put the healing rooms in, and added one claymore and one mine on each side

its a copy of Breach, just changing from Wooden buildings to normal ones. There is a larger version that i have published that opens up the extra floors
