Good idea to use European paintings. thank you!
-Make sure it's is fully downloaded it takes a little longer than most mods because its 315 MB.
-Make sure the mod is at the top of the list order (playset) in the launcher, that way it will be the first mod to load.
-After downloading it sometimes helps to restart the launcher after a few minutes.
Mod itself works of course. The Loading Screen and its mechanisms will probably not change even in the future...
Go to steamapps/workshop/content/236850/251964175.
Open descriptor.mod with Notepad.
Change to supported_version="1.30.*.*"
