i have the valve complete pack, so do i require a game other than css?

i had css installed and mounted and while all the props where there for some reason these white blocks on the wall were missing textures

For some reason my CSS textures weren't enabled, so I fixed that and almost everything was fixed. However, there still is one more missing texture and its the glass. For me its still a missing texture, and I can't figure out why.

A lot of the props in the rooms are errors, and the landscape is all missing textures.
