It's because the entities2.xml got updated to have the fetus tears.

Cuz' that would be a nice touch, having them fire the titular drowned enemy tears when they look specifically drowned...

@Dr. Logan Downpour alt skins are used both in Downpour and Flooded Caves, they share the same _downpour suffix. It's a shame that you need to edit the entities2.xml to make an enemy use alt skins because of the poorly thought out implementation of this feature.

Also the author should warn that this mod overwrites entities2.xml and stages.xml (for some reason).
