the only issue i encounter is that if you change the filter effect while you have the nvg's on, the change only takes place after the nvg's are turned off, then turned back on, but pressing n twice isn't the end of the world for me. 10/10
I fixed this in Ace night vision settings. Go there and you will see some options to disable grain when ads and in general.
Shows in Options but changing colors does nothing.
