as of October the 8th im pretty convinced that the insanity mode difficulty does not properly work at this time and that your better off downloading the ACE Mod and playing on "Hard" as that difficulty setting should provide more of a proper challenge as well as a more thought out challenge

I don't think the mod works for me as it's supposed to be xD It doesn't feel hard and the spawn rates of enemies are very low.. I don't know if I did something wrong...
