Still trying to find out why he submitted this.

I was just wondering if there is any way you can download the starting weapons for the classes if you wanted to change them in any way. I don't want to seem lazy but I want my weapon to have the same dimensions as the original, except modified and redone.

Ah, it actually appears this is THE ACTUAL DESIGNER of the hat, who submitted this as an example. If you check out his profile, you can see he's a member of the Valve Steam group, which only people that work at Valve are allowed into.
