Is the Titurel Engine Fix still needed? Not sure if Egosoft has fixed that yet but i notice my Titurel running trade runs much slower than my Rahannas.

Is the *actual* Titurel, same macro and everything, the one that you are adding to the DeVries list? Would that make it so I can repair my Titurels at DeVries? Right now I can't repair them at any shipyard.

I second DeluzionConfuzion's suggestion of a 'big cannon' version of a Titurel. Think the 'Sul Heavy Weapons Platform' from the Player Shipyards mod.

one thing im noticing is, the devs have finnally installed the stromvok/styvok ships into the
DeVries Shipyards, so you dont need that anymore, however, the titurel must be captured from the revers. i think it would be nice if you could maybe design a "battle only" version of the titurel, maybe add a larger "mass cannon"? and if so, make it so the the revers have them as well, concidering they are supposed to be related to one another. also, the revers have a sector that is FULL of space mines, but how did they get ther? and how is it no matter how many i destroy, there are always more? mybe they have ships that deploy them? maybe you could design that ship? or maybe, the titurel itself is the one that deploys them, or the requested "Battle ship" modle does it? just a few ideas.

Hey Everyone,
I will be updating this mod as well as the shields addon soon. I was wondering if you have any feedback on how would you like the new hulls and shields. More/less powerful? Otherwise I will leave them as they are and add new ships that came with 2.50.

yeah i just checked it with your mod activated (i starting playing some days ago so i didnt really mod that much because it was the first playthrough...just some basic stuff like "showskills" or "shut up ren" etc.): the DeVries shipyard now has 2 versions for all Styrvok models and for the Stromvok...so i think vanilla added them and your mod adds those duplicates...they have the same price and stats though so its just a cosmetic thing. the titurel is added normally as it should...btw great work with your mods...i love the higher hullstrength + shield mod :)

@ K' Hey there! You sure have a vanilla game? As far as I know Styrvok line was not added to build orders in vanilla yet. If so, then indeed it will add Titurels :)

hey! correct me if i am wrong but is this mod effectively adding just the titurel freighter now? i already can build stromvok and styrvok ships in devries in the vanilla version of the game^^

@ aaron7284 - Glad you found it. These ships are not mining ships :) Styrvok line are all transports and Stromvok - is a Large Destroyer.

After I went back in it was there on the bowe. an other question it does not seem that your ships have a mining laser?

@ AAron7284 Hey there, it was working properly once I checked it, but will look into it if updates changed something in that area. Thanks for the report! Some ships also do not need the usual trio so try to communicate with the ship - maybe it is simply ready to go!

@ leprosy Hey again! I have just checked and it works fine in my game. Here is the screenshot one [i.imgur.com] showing the production list and here is the location of the correct Shipyard [i.imgur.com]. Maybe you are using some other mods that interfere with the original files and mess them up. Otherwise I have no idea what may be different in your build.

@ leprosy - The code looks all fine to me - are you 100% sure you check the XL Shipyard and not the L one? Stryvoks are build in the L one:)

hey um i was wondering if this mod effects anything dealing with urv's because for some reason i have them popping up in a giant cross formation on multiple secures causing my game to slow or crash. I thought maybe since this mod effects ship it might effect urv's. Ty for the mod though it has helped alot.

Nice idea, I think there is not much point doing anythying to the economy in game at least before the rebalance patch happens.
Egosoft announced some drastic changes to how things work, maybe they will also improve that.
On top, I think my skills are far from the point where I could do that heh :)

Probably not the right place to post this, but I must admidt I dont really know where else ;-)
If you ever need an idea for a mod, I have this one, that might bring some reason for more trade between the Omicron and the Albion system.

Thinking that diversity to food would bring more choice, thus happier workers, thus better production.
Maybe adding BoFu as secondary recource to all Albion Station (5-10% production increase), and Food Stuff to all Omicron station (same bonus). Also gives more option for trade.

I was looking into making this my self, but my head started hurting after half an hour of reading the guide, so thought I would better leave it to the masters ;-). And since you seem very active in modding, and without making terrible balance disturbances I thouhgt I would suggest it here.

hey - yes this is a bug - I will fix it. In the last patch they have given them the geometry models but all the modules on board are still only placeholders.

Hey, found some "Super Freighters" in the HOA shipyard in Gemstone Manufactore, are those intentional? They look quite cool, extreemly big!
They do not seem to be working though, couldnt find a boarding spot, and didnt seem to have any actual storage room. They also seem very cheap, cheaper than Rahanas, even though they are probably 4-5 times bigger than an Arawn.

Hey Fen, yes - that idea makes total sense to me too. Mind though, that some people reported of never seeing it, or being super hard to find - depending a lot on luck too it seems. As soon as I figure it out how to do it, I will upload an optional file that will be possible to indtall on top of the mod.
As for the Styrvok ships not being available for build yet - I think they will be added in the next big balance patch that is planned for May.

Hey Nidaren, seems like a nice and quite "logical" mod, sort of wondering why it's not possible to buy the new ships from the Shipyard in Darned Hot Air without a mod...
Would it be possible to make sure you can only build the Titurel after you have brought one in to the Shipyard at DHA for either repair or modification?

I am here thinking a bit about the lore for the Titurel saying that "no one know where it is from". Would be awsome (in my humble oppinion) if you need to capture one before it can be build.
