BlitzSkype, actually Chell is modelled from an actress/model named Alésia Glidewell however Left 4 Dead's Zoey was modelled from a woman named Sonja Kinski.

If you were a mod maker you'd know that Zoey's model is in the L4D game files and that this skin is available for download on the page that you're reading this on
