I found the reason, Music_3.ogg (which is the night theme) file is missing, that's why it plays the standard night theme. Maybe you forgot to put your Music_3.ogg in here.
So far, this is a great mod.
(random opinion, read if you wish) It would be nice if the Mod Loader gets released for 1.4, so i would wish for a "Press R to Restart" mod, and download an intstant death mod because i am a masochist.

I'm aware. I haven't been able to find a fix for it either. All of the themes are changed, that's the only one that seems to not work despite it being saved
