I've updated this mod to fix the leaks, might touch up on some other stuff since it is a neat ship. Will remove if ship ever gets updated.

Is there a guide on how to use this ship as a captain? The only problems I've had were the piloting portion.

I've found two problems for now.
1. Second big pump on the left is missing a tag : ballast (like @Tomitson said)
2. One of the vent in the roomname.subcenter isn't connected to the oxygen machine.
But when I save the file, the editor still warns me that some vents aren't connected, I just can't find them

One of the pumps didnt have ballast tag, I added it and they did not do suicides. Also fixed the waypoints on the submarine a bit so on my personal version of the sub the AI does stuff well

Yeah, this sub is cursed and AI commit mass ritualistic suicides in the ballast, I never fixed it, I was afraid

Easy fix for bot mass suicide is to go to sub editor and edit all the ballast tank "hulls" in to "Wetroom" and "avoid staying" turned on. I fixed this on my side already. easy to do aswell.

At first I did not understand what the author meant with "Not AI friendly", that soon changed after I witnessed the NPCs commit mass suicide by drowning in the ballast tank trying to activate the already activated fuel pump. Needless to say Barotrauma me mental trauma.

no no no there is one called "Ulysses |||" or ulyssess idk how to spell it but I had a bit of lag attack with it but I am not sure. to put it short, there are many others so not much way to say which one without putting a link

Yes sorry, it use 2 modded wall included with this mod, but you need to check this mod in your parameters !
