Thanks! This is perfect for colonies that run too fast to see what is happening. Now all I need is 'threat response': attack on join as well haha

Normally when a pawn joins your colony, the option to "Self-tend" is off. With this mod, that option is turned on.

Huge game changer, right?

It probably isn't. But there are settings to make it less of a dumb idea!

For instance, you can set the doctoring priority based on skills. And even account for passions. Or just disable it for pawns with bad bedside manners.
