Ok so I checked the files, the c sec sprites work fine for me. Not sure if anything else needs to be patched.

I don't know if your mod is causing it or if it's another one, but as of the new patch there were some new textures added to old sprite sheets, and you should check and make sure yours isn't making some of the new textures invisible. (For example. when I play with mods the C-Section bullet babies are invisible)

That's a vanilla game issue, not a problem with the mod. Maybe I'll fix it though.

Torn Photo still uses the default sprite, which means both the grimace and the X eyes are gone.

for some reason, the floor transition sprite doesn't seem to be changed. I can't tell if some other mod is for some reason stopping it or something, but everything else seems to be just fine.

Will this be updated to include Tainted Blue Baby? Many items on him also tend to mess up the way Blue Baby looks and give him eyes as well.

My only real complaint would be that the ??? boss' eyes in phase 1 aren't X'd out and still show tears under them despite not doing so in any other sprites. Everything else looks great.
