This is just clever usage of skybox camera or something like that, nothing else. 😊
There's the house, and the first room of it projected around the map like a 3D skybox.

Started a map like this years ago, only my idea was a dollhouse on a table in a garage. Nice sky_camera trickery, awesome execution. Great job.

Well, just wait until S&Box (Sandbox) releases to the public. It's basically a garry's mod with a ton more features and it's on a new engine (on Source 2).
No one has reached the engine map-size limit of Source 2 yet.

While this may be true, it is possible to make another Garry's Mod game with a better engine. Due to how greedy most companies are nowadays, to get the mods you'd need to have a monthly subscription and pay for mod slots.
