First, start Mutators and move on to the settings.
Then uncheck the many checkboxes in the Recon, Assault, Support, Engineer, Medic section.
At this time, do not remove the two check boxes (Enable 〇〇〇〇 class & Enable 〇〇〇〇 ckin) at the top of each class item. Clear the check boxes other than these two.

Finally, change the character skin to a Russian one on the INSTANT ACTION screen and you're done.

@OMA turn it on in the mutator page under the vehicle settings thingy
