If you dont want the start screen, just open the mc editor, locate the lua scripts, and rewire the upper script that feeds into the video switchbox directly to the monitor.

Almost perfect. If you turn indicators with right and left, they are out of sync, this can be fixed by one central blinker and few AND and OR gates.
