It's not related to the mod, it's a problem with the workshop. Who knows what function Valve decided was too convenient to keep working and chose to break it, as they usually do. You'll notice the same thing happens with other articles here.
Also, this isn't exclusive to TBOI; it happens in all games with a workshop, as far as I can see. Both people in the comments (like you) and friends confirm this.
