This mod is really nice for making new game content possible.

MIN and MAX values for gains, is it meant to be random gaining in between, or meant to have other purposes? Why not just putting a single custom value instead?

Maybe it's just the Ork weapons, but when using this mutator, I notice that sometimes enemy soldiers seem to tank tons more damage than they normally should. I'm wondering if this mod applies to both factions?
