But i can tell you how to make tape destory stuff.

goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Survival\Projectiles\
open the projectiles.json with notepad or notepad++

find "tape":
adjust its destructionLevels to whatever you want.
if you want it to break anything. set a qualityLevel to above 7
