Mods work fine on my end. Maybe try reinstalling them. If the problem remains, let me know, I will check it further when I have a little more free time.

Both your gnome and dwarf replacer still are being affected by that weird hair problem -- or at least still were being affected a few days ago.

Cool! I never was fan of the original portraits -- they were too ugly and I always had the impression that they were lacking something (their "gnomanity").
