First time i saw such thing i was heading downhill from a dike to a normal road, approaching a crossing, at NIGHT !!!
Trust me, when you see those coming at you for the first time at night you shit your pants thinking you're gonna crash your car into concrete blocks, because then the colors basically don't do much fast and look all grey !!! SCARY !!!
