Hey Shadow bonnie you add a thing called intimidation from payday 1 and 2 its a thing where shoot the npc leg or you tell them by pressing E they well drop to their knees and give up and drop their weapon and by pressing E you could tell them handcuff their self

If you guys want to adjust max health and armor, I would suggest using either

Fesiug's Utilities: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2786196203

or

Regeneration Health and Armor: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2797315238

Both addons are compatible with this one as long as you adjust the MAX values in either and for the second addon, make sure you check the "affect max?" box.
