Im pretty sure that you actually have to find the map in the L4D2 category, these are just A.I. Nodes.

L4D2 and L4D1 are both installed for me, and the map isn't even showing up to choose in the menu (or it is and I don't know the name of it). Do you know that the name of the map is?

yeah he's right, maybe you forgot to mount l4d1 and l4d2, and yet you only required l4d2 for this map:health:

go to the controller icon, click on it, then check l4d1 and l4d2 by clicking on the check boxes, then you get the map
