I saw your other mod giving upgrades via blessings. It looks very interesting! (Maybe some OP).

From a gameplay and RPG perspective, having an upgrade/scrap mechanic system is likely better for all units.

A well-done system can give a lot of variety - sure an upgrade could make a unit slightly better in their core role. But upgrades can 'specialize' units/add to their roles. A simple one is magic attack attacks (to help vs physical resist units).

I see some mods adding a lot of units, but with well-done upgrades, you don't need extra units + can have a deeper RPG experience.

One request would be to 'fix' the Blessed Saurus Warrior (Shields). CA made a mistake that they gave them 30AP instead of 18AP. This is more AP than even Temple Guard. With the extra MA/MD of this mod, it makes them extra broken and detracts from the fun (and balance between blessed units).

That's a very good idea author! But if you do it then please don't forget to take the their Regiments or Renown counterparts into account, so they don't get overshadowed by your new Blessed Spanwnings and end up becoming redundant.

Also, I am making a mod which removes all buffs the Blessed Spawnings get, but then lets them choose which Old One the got spawned by via the Upgrades system, allowing for you to choose their play style and making every Blessed Spawning much more unique than this mod ever could. Just wondering what you guys would think about such a mod

His mod simply tries to bring some of the lower end Blessed Spawnings up a little bit, while also making them unique compared to their normal counterpart. The Blessed Horned Ones don't rampage, which is quite good, and the Blessed Bastiladons have perfect vigour, so from my point of view they don't need any help

@FriskyCheeks Those are DLC units, unfortunately CA didn't include DLC units for the Blessed Spawnings. I don't know if modders can add them.

Mod has been updated and the buffs for the skinks has been changed. The Blessed Skink Skirmishers now has Soteks poison instead of normal poison, while the Blessed Chameleon Skinks have had their speed increased
Adding more blessed spawnings is something I will have to think on

Actually if you get into the deal of adding new blessed units. I feel like blessed skink javelins were something that was sadly overlooked in vanilla and would be great additions too.

Hi there, Oxyotl has a skill which gives Chameleon Skinks the Snipe buff, and stalk for all skinks. Is it possible when you update to consider revisiting these?
Also, is there any chance of you possibly creating some Blessed versions of the Red Crested Skinks and the new Chameleon Stalkers?

I actually think it would be hard to get them into the campaign, at least for me. I am not that good at scripting, so to answer your question, not now, and probably not any time soon

What about the blessed stegadon that loose 15 % ranged resistance compared to his "regular" counterpart, you can add it ?

The carnosaur is meant to be strong, and in my opinion the buffs it gets in vanilla are not that good to make it unique. Being better at fighting in the forest is cool, but very situational. The blessed Saurus spears actually have forest stalker as their buffs in vanilla, and yet I choose to buff them as I that does not matter most of the time.

Yes I know that, I actually thought I had kept it as I needed to change some vanilla stuff, but checked now and that was not the case. However, if a mod changes any of their attributes that part of one of the mods will get overwritten as a unit can only be in one attribute group.

@TDK, if you only added table entries to bugg the units, then this should be compatible with most everything. if you kept the whole unit effect tables and added additional entries then it'll probably get overwritten

Hey, Thanks for this mod, if I may suggest, I think the perfect vigour is a bit much for the carnosaur, the blessed version already get +50 % magic resistance and more speed, I would have add the trait that allow you to go through trees without penalties.

I don't play SFO so I don't know. It is possible to use with it, but they will likely overwrite some part of each other as they edit the same tables.

If I may make a suggestion, with 85 leadership temple guards are already de facto unbreakable, maybe encourage or giving them fear like the phoenix guard has is a better buff?
