This mutation shouldn't alter the game's language. So if you're already in Russian, it should stay in Russian. I'm not sure if the game itself has Russian audio, but you can always enable subtitles.

The only downside to this is that the AI survivors immediately abandon the M60s at the beginning of the level, at least with the improved AI mod I have.
