@Errix i believe it is up to you to make it thought (meaning it's not the MES guys) i guess you could achieve it. But i don't know how you can dynamicly spawn a city though... Maybe look at the forest installation mod ?

But i don't know if it would require a lot of work though. Never tried to do something with MES
