Yes, savegame compatible. Shouldn't be any problems at all.

This just adds new tracks whilst leaving the existing ones in. If you want to remove vanilla music there's another mod for that - https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2144917507
