@ Greavus. Oops! Just found out I haven't added the 24m Four-lane road asset to the necessary item list. Just did. If you subscribe to that road asset this one should load fine. Thanks for your feedback!

@ Greavous: Did you subscribe to the road assets that are needed? The '2-Lane Highway with Wide Hatchet Shoulder' and '3-lane (1+2) Two-Way Highway'.
