@1926915398: This Unique building is level 6, residential and commercial around it need to dispose all facilities (schools, hospitals, bus, train...) otherwise they are abandoned.
If the building "stay black", try to place it when the game is not on "pause"

Just remembered that there is a way to do unique buildings with events without campus dlc. It's not stadium mechanics but still https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=578082412 and it works with https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1420955187 . But if not subscribed it is just unique building. 😁

@Ventru: I am busy until the end of April with two projects in progress, then I will see my motivation and the time I have for creation^^

I meant the buildings not the mechanics. I would like to see some european stadiums as unique buildings or as campus dlc buildings. :)

@Ventry: the "Match Day" DLC is very special edition with specific source code.
There is no "template" to integrate such version in the game.
I can just upload "Campus" DLC assets
BadPeanut managed to create an such asset, personally I am not able to^^

@andreworourke914: You are not the first to make me this creation request.
The "Wrigley Field" is a wonderful stadium, but too complicated to do if you want to get a correct result (a lot of detail and a complicated iron strucutre)
I don’t want to take the risk of embarking on such a project ; )

All of your stadiums are fantastic. Tops on the workshop. It's a fairly complicated structure but how about an American classic like Wrigley Field from Chicago, IL USA? I've got a place for it in my city if you ever get the urge :)
