I have edited the mod by fixing a few lines to match 1.51. It loads and works just fine when zipped up and placed in mod folder, however, I can't get it to upload to Steam workshop. Once I fine the errors and fix them, I'll post a link.

A gentlemanly move, and the only sane way to publish mods. Trying to tell others not to edit a file SCS has provided for the strict purpose of editing is insane, pointless and highly egotistical.

Yeah as of 1.51.2.3 this mod will crash your game unfortunately. Great mod, when it worked though. I was sick of seeing ambulances and fire trucks around every corner and waaay to many semis. This cuts down on that - when it worked with earlier versions. Not usable now.

If you like this mod, just go into the DEF files of this mod, and match those files to the games DEF files(adjusting them with this mods numbers). There is LOTS of literature on the web about how to get into DEF files.

Desn't work fine, crashes the game every time.

Crashed my game on 1.50. Once I took it out, the game no longer crashed.

Seems to be a good mod, but the spawn rate of Greyhound busses is way too low...if at all. I haven't seen a single one all the way from Seattle to New Mexico! But at the same time, plenty of smaller 20 or so seater busses, and none of them has any logo, just different colours, green pink, grey etc...that's quite unrealistic. Surely there should be interstate busses too. Other than that, on version 1.46 all 👍

@DW1899 Well, since the author hasn't updated this mod for 1.45, I did. The game now loads with this mod activated. All I did was add the new lines and variable names in the traffic_rules_spawn.sui file. I don't mind sending a copy to the author, or with DW1899's permission, uploading it to the Workshop. DW1899, let me know what you are okay with.

@DW1899, Your colour change mod is still working but this one crashes the game, the crash note refers to the incorrect lane selection, I hope you have the time & inclination to get it working again. it is a good mod & you must have put many days of research into it to get that level of detail, if not now in the new year please. I really hope DW1899 didn't abandoned this mod, it stopped working after 1.43 and it honestly made the game so much fun. I hope we have an update in the future :(

I just recently started using this mod, and love it. And now the most recent patch broke it.

DW1899 - Can you please create this mod for ETS2? I have looked to see if I could port this ATS version over but the speeds are different in the traffic rules files and you know more about this than me. I do have the \DEF decompressed if you need any files to create this ETS2 mod. Please sir!

Solved and corrected.
The line was not there. This is the example for California:

Good work but too many Mercury Colony Park and I dont know wich is the line code of this one for edit.

Just used this mod. No lie evry van that passed me, was a UPS.
At one point 5 in a row. Took it out.

I absolutely love this mod. I've been using it a lot. I've posted in other mods here on the workshop but would there be an issue with running this mod along with that highway patrol police mod? Figuring out load orders. Would proper variety go under or below this mod or does it matter? Thanks in advance if anyone here can help.

Cars shouldnt all migrate to the slow lane in a single file
Need ALOT more vehicles on the road
Ai should be going a faster speed than 50 and 55 just to oass you only to get in front of you and slow down
AI vehicle variety is too minimal. There should be more Rigs on the Road

First, let me just note the fact that things such as the number of trucks and number of cars is based on data, not what I feel like putting in the mod.

Second, while the truck count for freeways is low (I absolutely agree with you on that point), it's pretty accurate for other roads. Basically, you can't configure how many semis spawn on highways and how many spawn on back roads, it's all one figure.

The number of trucks will almost certainly fluctuate in future versions as I add more states, but given the number is based on data I've collected, I really have no control over it rising or falling.

After installing the mod, there are very few trucks. It's not natural to see so few trucks on the freeway.Can you add more trucks?

Yes and no. First, I'll just note the fact I do not support any traffic packs, but I do attempt to make it as compatible as possible.

It functions with Jazzycat's car traffic pack, it continues to alter specific vehicle traffic spawn rates and overall traffic spawn rates, but it does not effect Jazzycat's pack, which can cause some quality of life issues, such as some vehicles spawning too much or too little.

I have gotten reports that it does not work well with his motorcycle pack, there are so many issues it's pretty much incompatible. I'm going to look into these issues, and I might be able to produce a hotfix, but I don't know when that will be.

Does this work with the Jazzycat car mod?

Steam Workshop is sort of a secondary thing for me, primarily, you can find my mods on the SCS Forums.

While those mod sites are a little shady, I haven't had any issues with viruses, and, depending on the site, the mod is usually uploaded by me.

I've been waiting for this mod, I saw it on ATS mods site but theres too much virus scares on download so I am happy to see it in the steam workshop
