Looks like a great map, but WAY to many dependencies. Not everyone has a top of the line, maxed out gaming pc.
Even if you kept the required stuff to under 25-30 items, you would probably get a whole lot more downloads. (note the big difference between unique visitors and actual downloads - also, check the comments,..)
Would love to see a Lite or Vanilla Version.

I have a problem though, even if I have downloaded the whole collection and subscribed and activated all mods, the ruined texture appears white. And I can't check why since for me Theme Mixer freezes when I open the texture selection panel. So it may just be a problem with Theme Mixer. Does anyone have the same problem?
Speaking of which, you may want to consider writing a guide for this map to describe your thinking behind various areas of the map like the potted area whose intended purpose was not so obvious to me, as a sort of "suggestions". Obviously, it should be up to us to decide what this and that is for, but I wouldn't mind suggestions.
For example, in the downtown area, there is this short segment of road with grassy median that is angled relative to the grid.... I thought it might be intended for central business district but not sure what you had in mind for that.
And I agree with you, this map deserve a much better notation. I gave it an overall ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐.

Sorry to ask again, but just realised its roads too. Is there a reason roads and railways all seem to be slightly elevated? They all have a weird slop on each side, sort of like they're all sat about 1m off the ground?
Great map btw.
Sent you a FR if that's okay. I have a question but don't want to load up your comments section
