@Izzi Laef OMG sorry I had no idea these were for security. I saw you had BEAR and USEC hands and I just assumed USEC was security and BEAR was insurgents. That's my bad >_<

I don't even know how tf you managed to get these hands to work on the insurget team cuz this mod supposed to work only for Security . If you want insurgent hands - go here

Quick update: I tried using this without my insurgent skin mod and it still doesn't work. Also amending my previous statement that the heavy loadout works. None of the armor settings make this hand mod show up. This mod always only shows the default insurgent hands :(

I don't know why, but when I try to use this mod, only one of the armor loadouts actually show this (heavy armor I think?). No armor, light, and medium both show the default insurgent hands. I'm also running RUSSIANS for Insurgents (FIXED) as the insurgent team's skin mod if that helps.
