I personally dont like the hat. But the misc is so AWESOME!

They are both so AWSOME. Spy is my favorite class and I love the Japanese style I would love to see this in the game.

Personally, I's make the sash darker, as I wote below, because it provides the visual dividing line between the waistcoast and the trousers.

@Knusperfrosch CrunchyFrog - the last picture is the original concept... but I see what you mean, I'll double check something about those buttons this afternoon.

I don't know if this would work better on scout or not man. :/

I noticed the coat in the last picture differs from the other examples in that the 4 buttons, the sash and hems are dark brown (in the RED version) which creates more contrast with the normal base color of the Spy's outfit. It's very noticable on the buttons and and makes the sash stand out and appear broader. So which version is the final one?

Both version look interesting. I prefer the version with the starker contrasts. But I can understand if you choose the paler, more understated version where the hems, buttons & sash blend more with the rest.

In the pale version could you lighten the shade of the narrow waistcoat hem that runs around the neck and down to the buttons? I feel it stands out too much in contrast to the buttons. Or darken the button + sash again to keep the hem from overshadowing the sash?

I read that Valve designed the game models so the eye is drawn towards the center of the torso. A darker sash (in the color of the tie?) would help.
