I know the rules of usage of the swastika are a bit crazy, so I wonder if using this mod can be seen as inappropriate usage.
Maybe I need to update the mod's description to account for everyone seemingly having the reading proficiency of a 4 years old

However, it is also historically correct that on naval version of the flag (ensigns) the swastika was inverted on either side (a "through and through" design)
I was using this with your Enhanced Identification Book mod,
had a problem with that as well, (still have, no booklet appear on click, nor vanilla, nor modded) once I disabled THAT mod, the button for the flag identification book -appeared-, and it works like a charm :)
