the tree is quite broken but there is definitely some soul in it, it'd be great if you trim away the dead and unnecessary focuses while also making some of them shorter or more beneficial.

mod is slightly bugged - Philippines is not your puppet, in the original mod most of central America was your territory and that's why you have the good neighbor focus, to release them, give it a look :)

For whatever reason, this can sometimes be incompatible with Battle for the Bosporus, so if it doesn't replace, you may want to try disabling and retrying
