A late response, but I added the helmet gib just to be consistent with TF2's inconsistent gibs.
And because I thought it'd be kinda funny

I've always been curious why you added the Helmet gib to it despite him not wearing a helmet in this mod.

Do you have any addons that conflict with this one?
And does it happen when you kill any Boomer or does the crash only happen rarely?

It's been standard gameplay, and it's not all the time, but I've crashed to desktop 3 times after shooting, presumably killing, the boomer. Screen freezes up before the boomer would die, and then the game peaces out. Sorry, i know this isn't too helpful. Forget circumstances for first time, but second and third I wasn't boomed, happened on map 2 of Dead Center, under the bridge, and then map 3 of Blood Harvest in the opening to the tracks where you push the train cart

I'm not sure what could be causing the crashes myself.
Could you give me some more info about what you were doing if it happens again?

I've crashed multiple times after killing boomer, unsure why exactly, thought I'd bring it up
