Bit late, but since I was trying to do the same thing, the mod ID is 2388118913. I also toned down the loyalty numbers a bit, as a single poster was more powerful than any base game monument :)

What is the mod ID? I would like to make some changes already suggested here in the comments.

How do you choose which flag you're placing? I only ever see east germany

One can also add $IGNORE_COUNT_LIMIT to be able to place unlimited number (without it the game will limit you to 5)

To make this mod work with "Realistic Mode", I've made some changes (locally) to Clock and Flag 1 and Flag 2 buildings to allow them to be built without resources (since they don't have access paths, and in realistic mode one can't build for money).

The changes are simple. Open the file,

Add $NO_LIFESPAN
Remove all lines that start with $COST
(they can also be commented out by adding -- at the beginning)

recently I found this mod would lead to game crashes, the log said "C3DHelp_ReadFileIntoBuffer FAILED fopen", maybe some glitch happened to this mod?

Haha, there's a very useful flag that can improve loyalty by 4.5% for around 19R, though the range is only 15m in radius

i cant change the skin of the flag, its stuck on the USSR flags, ive got the other skins installed. Am i missing something?

Large poster: $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_RADIUS 200, $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_STRENGTH 3.6
Medium poster: $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_RADIUS 180, $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_STRENGTH 3.2
Small poster: $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_RADIUS 175, $MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_STRENGTH 3.1

Values are based on the vanilla monuments.

@BORO May I make a fork of your mod? I would copy only the three poster buildings, not the flags or any of the poster designs.

I'd like to add several new posters into the game, but there is a hard limit on the number of skins that are supported -- 32 per building. To add more, the only way to proceed appears to be to create a new building.

Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand in order to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and reach. Just add this entry to the file and your mod will give you loyalty too !!!
