may i state how much i love this? like, i was just starting ps2 yakuza 2 two days ago, and i find this glorious playermodel. thank you so much for your work, and i'm looking forward to a kiryu one when and if you decide to do one! again, thank you so much!

Some of it is covered on the 2nd page of the comment section. Basically it's this [raymanpc.com] tutorial but with extra edits. Most of the work goes to the proportions and UV fixing because these get messed up the most. Even now I see that my Majima's port's still not faithful enough to the original game as the head and the shoulders are too big. Here's my source files [puu.sh] along with almost finished Kiryu that only needs larger head, some extra skin work on the shoulders and facial flexes.
