@Dinosbacsi, does it not solve the problem if you just bulldoze the building and wait for the game to spawn something else? The building is Level 1 so people can have it spawn more easily (and demolish it if they don't like it) instead of the other way round, people want to see it and have to do a lot of work or wait till the lot becomes Level 2 or Level 3.

I just feel like the building is way too high and fancy looking for a level 1 building. Though that's just by opinion, but I feel like if used as a growable, it would be better fitting for some higher level (since most level 1-2 buildings are lower in heigh and simplier looking).

@Dinosbacsi, thank you for your support. What exactly is the issue you are encountering. If the issue is you think the building should not spawn on a Level 1 lot, can you not just bulldoze it? And if the issue is the building is being replaced by other buildings as the lot levels up, you can just make the building historical (see FAQ above)?

Great building, though I think a higher level would work better for it. If you use it as a growable, it's quite ridiculous as a level 1 building.
