Vehicle (car5) unable to properly initialize due to script error in (scripts/city_cars.txt)!
(just kidding, this is a cool map)
A crash can be caused when game try spawn prop_vehicle but model or script or both is missing. Since i sure i put everything in upload, i have theory that something block car's script (model can't be blocked). But i have no problem with it.
Addon conflict probably. Try disable all addons.
Console commands:
nav_generate - Will generate mesh with analyse.
nav_save - Saving it.
nav_quicksave 1 - If 1 then nav_generete not do analyse.
For big maps like this one it may take a few hours. Try quick save to reduce generation times in cost of nav quality.

Sounds like you was disable 3d Skybox. Enable it. ( r_3dsky 1 )
