Why are they all HWM?

I have a question, I don't know if it's this addon or another one I'm using that replaces the textures of the mercenaries but why the demoman's eye looks like this "pretty eyes" from game banana?

What if demo looked like with one eye and no eyepatch

can you fix the fact that I can't add TF2 miscs (body specific miscs, like the fiesta bottles) onto some of the ragdolls? The bonemerge addon always breaks and its annoying. Also can you fix the fact that the ragdoll IS EXTREMELY FLOPPY. Its still a cool mod. Just, I would like a few fixes.

I don't get it, what's this "Pose-Tool" you're talking about?

It's made more loose so animators have an easier time to pose him via pose-tool, of course if you try to use the phygun you will have difficulties. I tried to include a "normal" physics for my more recent releases, but that's all I can do. I can't go back to update these models unfortunately. Worst case, try to replace the .phy file with the Valve's demoman .phy, or decompile the model and change the collisionjoints (decompile might not work due to HWM).

And that happens with all of your models too

I have this problem since I've discovered your Enhanced Models: I can't pose them properly because every time I move them to a certain position, they just clip into eachother and end up looking really disjointed and I can't pose like this, Is there a solution to this?

theres a mod on gmod that can fix the HWM faceflex problems and make it super easy to facepose with HWM models!

I was just hoping for a non-HWM model but oaky.

HWM faces are specificly created for the game too. From present groups you are able to make LowMorph version of the faces, those are used specificly for the game (Better preformance and easier use via the SDK's faceposer, which allowed for libsync in-game, that's the reason why you can use HWM and LowMorph faces in-game, because the LowMorph is built from HWM). For the purpose of creating animations with the mercenaries, it is much more convinient to use unique expressions instead of pre-made ones (LowMorph), which you can't customize further. You might as well take your time to pose the faces, and you can get the exact expressions that the LowMorph faces have. I can't blame you if the eyelids are stationary, but that is a general issue in Garry's Mod. ( That is why I'm including new shapekeys in my future releases for Garry's Mod only, just to ensure the eyelids are editable )

Posters and screenshots only make them look bland and dead inside due to HWM models only made for derpy faces. Can't facepose so all I can do is make them look out into a wall, hoping it doesn't look weird.
