Encountering an error where the last player civ is bricked when used with other modded civs. It will not spawn with any units, but can be met when the world congress is created.

Quick question does the "Free Merchant" you get from Writing count against the great person counter just like the "Liberty Finisher" and "Mayan" Abilities do or no?
taw.audie 15. juli 2018 kl. 11:33
No Ethnic Units support?

Are you going to bring it for Civ 6? ;-)

sorry for noob question, but when I setup game with this mod, how do I set it up to have the actual map where I will start off in lebanon and on the mediterranean coast? Seems when I start it I am on a random map but I want it to be as authentic to the phoencian history as possible..
Thanks
Asafoe 7. juni 2016 kl. 3:06
Please update:

Support for Large Europe map (ynaemp)
Maybe change CulDiv trait to "Classical" (free liberty)
ADD ANOTHER UNIQUE FREAKING DECISION
Asafoe 6. juni 2016 kl. 8:41

Well done with this mod. This is a well thought out money civ, and Bireme looks awesome.
zaku_zelo 12. sep. 2015 kl. 23:01
Wonderful design, but needs Civ IV leader traits support.
SapphicKerfuffle 17. aug. 2015 kl. 3:56
UA is a not going to do so well in a deity game otherwise decent enough civ this civ is like venice with more cities and a domination edge oevr venice.

Hi Sukritact! I really like your mods and graphics. I'm working on a mod myself and would like some advice and maybe help. I've sent you a friend invite. Please accept it so I can write a pm to you. Thanks!

This one was pretty much perfect. Always felt like I was getting good value from the uniques, but never really felt overpowered. Pretty much a perfect job on this one.
Aqua Rob 95 23. feb. 2015 kl. 13:09
This no longer works for CIV IV leader Traits
aberg 30. jan. 2015 kl. 17:25
Never mind, the second decision appeared later but merchants still can't conduct trade mission, although maybe for the best, so it's not too op.
aberg 30. jan. 2015 kl. 15:36
Also, seems like the mearchants can't conduct trade missions.
aberg 30. jan. 2015 kl. 15:16
@sukritact There is only one civ specific decision - is there going to be a second one?
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 26. jan. 2015 kl. 21:22
They do have E&D support.
Noncasus 5. jan. 2015 kl. 22:15
Any way to get this to work with Civ 4 Leader Traits?
JEELEN 15. okt. 2014 kl. 2:47
Cool addition.
nachjo89 19. juli 2014 kl. 10:00
Gotcha. So I need to download the 7z file (I deleted it to start over with a clean slate), open it with 7zip, move the file to Mods folder under Civ 5, and then "extract to Phoenician civilization" (the one right below "extract here")?
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 19. juli 2014 kl. 7:23
A 7z file is similar to a zip or an rar file (which you may or may not be more familiar with). It's a way to compress folders and files for storage so they take up less space. You will need either Winrar or 7-Zip (I reccommend the latter) to extract this file into a folder within the mods folder. You can read more here (http://www.newsgroupreviews.com/guides/7-zip-extract-unrar.html) , same process, but you'll need to use the option below "extract here".
nachjo89 19. juli 2014 kl. 4:09
I moved the 7z file into the MODS folder in Sid Meier's Civilization 5. By "extract" do you mean just to move the 7z file into a folder? Is the fact that I have Windows 8 a problem?
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 18. juli 2014 kl. 7:52
You have extracted the file into a folder right? (i.e. Not just "extract here", but rather extract into its own "Phoenician Civilization" folder)
nachjo89 18. juli 2014 kl. 0:29
@sukritact Yeah, and it still didn't show up on the Mods page when I opened up civ 5. Very strange.
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 16. juli 2014 kl. 9:00
@nachjo89: Have you tried the direct download?
nachjo89 16. juli 2014 kl. 7:59
I downloaded the file, yet it is not showing up in the mods page when I launch civ5. Any idea how to fix this?
elvathelion 5. juli 2014 kl. 17:05
The "transferring" issue is perplexing...seems to be impacting more than a few users. I know Steam can often be randomly flaky but the issue with this mod is consistent.
RogueAI 10. maj 2014 kl. 13:09
Game crash when i reach the classical era...
Crazee 18. apr. 2014 kl. 9:11
@mariosliak Download it manually, it should work.
Mr Champ Ukas 17. apr. 2014 kl. 3:06
it doesn't finish the transfering
Video Games Exist 2. apr. 2014 kl. 15:52
It's always been very interesting to me. The same mods always seem to provide similar problems. Other people, for instance, have a 'transferring' problem with this exact mod. Could you perhaps look into the idea of the mod authors themselves inadvertenly causing issues? I know it's far-fetched, but you never know.
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 2. apr. 2014 kl. 1:02
If you have trouble downloading via the workshop, I can only suggest using the direct download in the description.

The Workshop has always been slightly temperamental.
Video Games Exist 1. apr. 2014 kl. 10:16
It seems that the mod wont stop 'transferring' no matter what I do
wojorider 31. mar. 2014 kl. 13:21
ok, i'm missing something, in my games no beakers are ever tranferred until the tourism modifer get quite high. so why is everyone worried about GP being high? from the description this UA seems to be fairly useless in 99% of all the games played.
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 19. mar. 2014 kl. 1:01
@aly-bear: Yes, it does

does it require brave new world?
DrakenX999 16. mar. 2014 kl. 11:25
The gold bonus per trade science feels somewhat high from my play test, but overall a very good mod with nearly there balance. Also, great art.
Lumppa 16. mar. 2014 kl. 6:55
Ah nvm, stupid me, the direct download link was in the description.
Lumppa 16. mar. 2014 kl. 6:53
The subscription-download did not work, how do I download this manually?
Soixante 15. mar. 2014 kl. 23:55
This is really good. And I'm Lebanese, so I'm glad this exists.
Riley 15. mar. 2014 kl. 17:52
Very well done. I especially love the artwork. :)
