Cleared the CTD. Put this in your Steam\steamapps\Common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data folder, and overwrite the pack file there.

Mod replace whole table for heroes uniforms so modders has to take care of it

from the man himself, so to make it compat for SFO entirely, it will require tweaking with that
