Human nopes out of the whole colony

18 years later after having just hit the trader at the outlander union across the continent he comes back with milk and gently asks the nearby Sanguophage "is it gone yet?"

actually 14's the youngest you can get. whether you consider them as children or just "really young" adults - well it's up to you to decide up to that and such.

Technically they are--just not under a certain age. You could even have a 42 year old that has two parents in their 20's. But young children, yeah, not in vanilla for sure.
