ok now bulka the hat it matchs its spossed to be a pirate why do you have to say that halloween iteams cant be seen it whould be marked as one and the hat i think he retextred it but he is trying to get his iteams mabe there is hat like that but remeber there is also one in the game like it

Are those items unequippable without it, or was it simply intended to attract observers with a hat made by another person?
