This will not cause issues on community servers and the hitboxes of the infecteds will not be harder to shoot, right? I play on a server where I must get my shots really accurate most of the times.

Yes, it does work with retextures.

I'm assuming this works with texture mods (like 4K Jockey or Charger) as long as the texture mod doesn't change any animations
