Updated for Silence & Fury

The only change is that the Dwarfen Engineer now gets all four of their multiplayer abilities from a fully upgraded settlement.

A probably-stupid question. I'm guessing if someone was say, running Kislev reborn, the upgraded settlements wouldn't add new abilities correct?

Indeed, I'm afraid the T4 settlement building won't have any of the benefits.
My other mod, You're a Wizard Garri(son) would still work; it's the same thing for wizards.

As the effect that grants heroes abilities is tied to the settlement building does this mean that if I use the Tier 4 minor settlement mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1165096283 ) then the hero from the tier 4 minor settlement building still get more abilities or will he be vanilla?

Or am I misunderstanding this mod and the effect for all garrisons in a province comes from the Major settlement's upgrade chain?

There's loads in there for Wood Elves - Waystalkers, Spellsingers, & Branchwraiths Malicious & Benign.

Any Hero in a base-game Garrison is included (unless their only abilities are spells or lore passives, which are covered in my other mod).

I use your Oh Captain My Captain and Faction Garrisons at the same time, but I don’t know why the dwarven engineer’s ability is still wrong.

Updated to include a number of heroes that aren't in the base game but may be provided by other mods. This won't add those heroes to garrisons, but if another mod does then they will get abilities in lvl 3 & 4 settlements.
This has been done for:
Khainite Assassin
Handmaiden
Necrotect
Liche Priest (Nehekara)
Liche Priest (Death)
Liche Priest (Light)
Liche Priest (Shadow)
Wight King
Vampire (Shadows)

I've also switched the Dwarfen Extra Powder ability

Seem you give the dwarf engineer the wrong "extra powder" ability. It is not the dwarf's but the vampire coast's.

This doesn’t give any mounts. That would take away the ability to stand on the wall, and potentially really shift the balance for some, and in any case the implementation of mounts is quite different and would require a different approach to the one used here.

I’m not sure what OVN is, but probably. There’s basically nothing in this that would conflict with another mod, but you just might not see the full effects.

There aren’t any rune smiths in garrisons in the base game, but I intend for this mod to be compatible with others so if you have any other heroes you’d like me to add I can throw them in there - it’ll make no difference for the other players. You just need to tell me which mod they’re from so I can test them.
